Pilot
How a pilot works.
Four weeks, on your own server, with your own requests. At the end you decide whether to continue.
Week 1 · Install and connect
Ensemble on a server in your network, a read-only database account, your codebase connected, the first nightly index.
Week 2 · First requests
Your team brings three to five real requests. Each goes through spec, change and test on an isolated copy.
Week 3 · Your way of working
Rulebooks tuned to your conventions, engines and models chosen per role, board and repository connected.
Week 4 · Review
What was delivered, how long each request took, what to keep. Then you decide.
