What this website collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who we are
This website, maiestrotech.com, is run by Maiestro Tech ("we", "us"). For anything about your personal data, write to hello@maiestrotech.com.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you use the walkthrough form or e-mail us: your name, work e-mail, company, role, the database and engine you selected, and your message.
- Server logs. Like most websites, our server records technical data for each request: IP address, browser, the page requested and the time. We use it only to keep the site running and secure, and keep it for a short period.
We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking tools on this website.
Why we use it
- To reply to your request and arrange a walkthrough or pilot.
- To keep a record of our conversation if we go on to work together.
- To protect the website against misuse.
We rely on the steps you ask us to take before a possible agreement, and on our legitimate interest in running a secure website. We never sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who else is involved
- Fonts. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts. To deliver them, your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address. Google's own privacy policy applies to that connection.
- E-mail and hosting. Messages reach us through our e-mail provider, and the site runs on a hosting provider. They process data only to provide those services to us.
How long we keep it
Requests and the correspondence that follows are kept for as long as we need them to deal with your request, and for at most 24 months after our last contact unless we start working together. Server logs are deleted on a rolling basis.
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it. Write to hello@maiestrotech.com and we will answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live, for example the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) in Türkiye or your local authority in the European Union.
Data inside the product
Maiestro Ensemble runs on our customers' own servers. The code, data and conversations it works with stay on that infrastructure and are covered by the agreement with each customer, not by this website policy.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update this page and the date at the top.
